iPhone 6 is a bit old, although data could still work

was that working before ?  or you just subscribed to PM with this phone?

try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings  and test again

if same, test the physical sim card on another phone first , that is to confirm if it is an account problem or device

iPhone 6 is an older phone.  It is not on the VoLTE compatible list for Public mobile.  You may be able to get some data working, but you will have voice calling issues. Might be time for a new phone. 

You could try to reboot your phone.  Network reset of phone.
