Been a customer for a few months. All of the sudden my calls/texts arent going through

As the title states, nothing is going through and can't make calls. Been a customer without issue for a few months
SWITCHING FROM BELL TO PM, BUT MY ACCOUNT HAS ONE OTHER LINE ON IT, WILL THE LINE BE CANCELLED?

Switching to Public mobile and Keeping current phone number but I have more than 1 phone number on my bell account, THAT OTHER ACCOUNT WILL BE CHANGED OVER LATER. WILL PORTING OVER CLOSE BELL AND MESS UP THE OTHER PERSONS PHONE

One more question, is there a way to port both over at the same time? or does each line need to be opened individually
