Service issues every time phone dies

Any time my phone dies/is shut off, when it turns on I have service issues. I’ve never experienced this with other service providers. I’ve had to put a ticket in for this same issue at least 2 times. My phone says I have “PE” service, but no “PR” service. I can receive texts, but cannot send any.

What phone do you have?

try Reboot phone and Reset network 

if you have Android, you can uninstall Google Message and reinstall after  rebooting the phone
