I am not using my phone that much in the evening but the past few days I have usage of satay between 500mb and 1.5 gigs. And this is the time I still am on my wifi and then heading to bed. I have used 15 of 20 gigs now and not even half of my month yet!! Any help is appreciated before I try to contact customer service

PM does not update the data usage constantly.  In fact, it only update it twice a day. 

Any entry you see is just a total usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous entry.  The early morning usage  you see on the Usage log does not mean it was used in the morning (the time when you are on Wifi and heading to bed)  but a total usage for the last 12 hours.

Also, for correct usage reading, always use Incognito mode to login My Account to avoid reading cached old info
