trying to activate a bring your device and encountering eSIM error. Can not activate via eSIM. I also have a physical SIM card to activate

why eSIM and physical sim?
are you activating one account or two?
if you activate 2 accounts, you need 2 different email addresses to create 2 separate accounts
And remember you need to use the PM app to subscribe

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
