Auto pay failed

I forgot to update my cc expiration date and my auto  payment just failed.. I’m trying to make a payment but can’t find the payment option other than updating my cc. I have the $20/60gb plan and don’t want to lose it. Will my promo discount be removed because of this?

edit: found the direct link to make a payment. Why it’s not available in the app or website on desktop boggles my mind.

@dcfc use the payment link to make the full payment to resume service first. You should see a $20 credit shortly after. If not, ask PM CS agent to check and issue back the credit
