please try using browser with Incognito mode, and also try using another browser
you might want to try using PM app as well. If you already using PM app, try the browser as said above, but you can also try uninstall the PM app, and reinstall after a device reboot

Once you succsessfully lig in to your acct using the mobile app, look at Usage Breakdown to see current plan details.
