Service lost all the sudden

Started last night. No phone calls, texts, or data. 

Already tried restarting / air plane mode on and off.

If you have a physical SIM card, you could try the SIM card in another phone.  That would help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem. 

You could reboot your phone.  Network reset of phone. 

If still no service, submit a ticket for customer service agent help:

Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:

It will take several hours for CSA response.

Are you on AutoPay?

Always login to your account and check on the PM app or website on the status of your account. If account is showing active then check for any outages in your area.

Public Mobile had some data service issue since Monday. But if your issue was only from yesterday, I don't think it was related

did you check if your account is active? Login My Account and confirm

then instead of just Reboot the phone, please also click Reset network settings

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
