Poor cell service?

I live in Langley and have been having absolutely terrible cell service the past couple months.  One bar, dropped call etc…does anyone know if public mobile has lost the use of towers or what else might be causing the issue?

@Bmc17 what phone do you have? 

Signal bars could be misleading, you can have good data speed and voice call quality even you have just one bar.  Question is, are you experiencing calls dropping or data trouble?  If voice, it could be about 3G calls vs VoLTE

You can apply a Reset Network Settings after a device reboot 

If issue persists, try changing the network mode to Manual and test 4G/LTE and 5G and see if one of the 2 settings performs better

If you are using a physical sim card, test it on a different phone, a newer phone if possible
