It's been 4 months and there are still people starting threads in the Support section asking why their bills have gone up so much. The community page needs a more obvious way to tell people why their bills went up before they post a thread about it....

The website really needs to do a better job at telling people NOT to change plans for a vacation trip, just buy the add on data. Yes it's a larger up front fee but the headache later is worth it.

I just found out my house is in a LTE dead zone, but 3g is super strong there. So when I'm home I switch my phone to 3g. I automated it with the shortcuts app so it's seamless now too.
