Not receiving incoming calls after porting phone number

Hello,I am not receving any incoming calls after porting my number to public mobile service. I can call out and use the dats but incoming call are not coming thru.Can you please help me.Thank you

Also to add i did reply the the text from your previous carrier with YES confirming porting over to PM with the old SIM in the phone.
