I have to update my plan but I can’t because of maintenance. Can’t call or text. This is ridiculous.

My plan is expired, however i cant update the subscription because the payment won’t go through. It’s the end of my term. I’ve waited multiple days. I have no cell service, no data, and no ability to pay. Not near a Shoppers at the moment. I’m just looking to pay with my card on the website like I should be able to do. Please assist with this before your services shut down at 10:00pm.

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes

if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again.  When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled) 

but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

Does not work. I’m trying to make a payment. What does that have to do with the network mode?

Every time I try to pay it does not work. Despite the card I use it does not work. It has been multiple days of this.

also, try changing network mode.  Test 3G , 4G and 5G

what phone you have and which area you are at?

or you should open ticket with PM support and ask them to refresh the account

Still does not work. Phone has been off all day. Li cannot process the payment for the new subscription despite these suggestions.

the maintenance is going to be tonight, not started yet, you can still make plan change this morning. 

if you have problem with talk and text now, it will be unrelated.  May I know what phone do you have and where you are at now?  Try Reboot the phone and try Reset Network Settings
