Do you know how to reset network setting specifically on iPhone. Don’t want to reset the whole phone

Hello so the system was in the middle of trying to process my old card. Sense it did not go through it put my account on hold. But took 2 hours to inform me or let me make a payment with the new card. My services should resume shortly or so the site says
