I keep not receiving text messages and verification codes, which prevents me from logging into my account. How can I resolve this?

no change in the problem, cant receive phone calls, text, or auth codes

@FateSmith Did you try reporting it lost/stolen, and did that allow you to get into the app via OTP from email instead of SMS?

@FateSmith , once you do obtain access to your self serve account, please check the eversafe ID in the profile tab to ensure the proper email and phone number association. This will ensure 2FA codes are sent out properly.

I am having this problem as well, ive had public mobile for YEARS. i tried turning it off and on again, airplane mode. i am about to try reporting it lost or stolen and then reclaim it after 5 mins

You could try resetting phone or turn airplane mode on and off to see if that will help.

Click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have it sent by calling to to your email.
