My mother changed her plan today but she was suppose to get change on renewal but accidentally click change now. Can I get some help to reverse that so she has her original plan until her renewal. She was also charged again as well.

PM is prepaid and they are not supposed to help. But they could be nice sometimes, so ask them
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Have her use the chatbot to create a ticket and explain to agents what happened and what she wants to do.
