My mother changed her plan today but she was suppose to get change on renewal but accidentally click change now. Can I get some help to reverse that so she has her original plan until her renewal. She was also charged again as well. 

I was wondering when the Black Friday deals say it ends on Dec 2. Is the last day to get those plans on Dec 1 or 2? 

I had a promo code that gave me 50% off for the first 3 months and it was working but when I was on the last page of signing up my phone died. I went back to try it again and now it says invalid.
