When most companies advertise a date, that usually means that the offer is good until the end of the specified date. However, there's also usually a clause that says that company case decide to end the promotion early, and in some cases, Public Mobile has done that in the past. Then again, promotions are sometimes extended, though Public Mobiel has not given any indication of that.
