Hello I recently signed up online and for the Black Friday deal for $35. I selected to have the sim card delivered. My email notification says order processing and shipment is via Canada Post? If Canada Post is indeed the shipment method, is there a way I can cancel my order or change my order to have the sim card picked up at telus location near by?

What is confusing is in the email for the order it says shipping Canada Post but possibly that is just a default email and does not necessarily reflect the strike at Canada Post. If hasn't arrived in the 10 days I will visit Telus store. Just didn't want to miss out of the Black Friday deal.
When ordering both a SIM card and plan at the same time directly from the Public Mobile website, your chosen plan has already been secured.

When did you order your SIM card? If after November 15, then PM has changed to another delivery company. It can take up to 10 business days to arrive.

If you need Sim right away, you can purchase at Telus store. Keep receipt and often CSA will reimburse you afterwards.

Hey @honeybrown16
Chances of you getting it any time soon is a no go. And no, it can't be shipped to a Telus store. Below are your only two options.
If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Click on AMAZON for the link.
Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES
