@mebwp1 It is ultimately your choice to follow your wallet if you find something elsewhere that is cheaper/better.

@saje_ward Unless you can see a plan cheaper than that one in your app you are out of luck. I know others have reported switching "now" to the $30 (cheaper) plan (that I see in my account, I am on $35 plan) and then they were able to see the new $35/75GB plan and schedule it for next renewal.

Yes, I see that. Is it a matter of absolutely not being able to downgrade? Or of having to do something in particular to be able to downgrade?

@saje_ward Unfortunately PM has made it very difficult if not impossible to switch to a cheaper plan. You can only change to plans available in your app under Manage Subscription.
PS: If you click on that plan, the details page does say for new activations only.
