hi all 

I picked up a plan $29 Canada/US 10 GB on BF but now there is a new plan showing up in my profile which is exactly the same plan but now with 20 GB of data. Can I switch to this plan without any penalties etc. Please advise.

how long you have picked your $29 plan? if it is still within 24 hours, there is a chance, just ask PM

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Hey @Misbah12 

You purchased a plan, SIM card is being sent by mail?? If you haven't got the SIM card yet but found a plan you're prefer over the one you originally picked? IF your plan hasn't started yet, best to reach out to a CS Agent to change the plan before you register the other plan.

HOWEVER, if your plan already started, look at the app on your phone, see if the plan is there. If it is, grab it BUT choose to start at renewal date, not now. This way you won't lose money you've already paid.
