I have an old style Blackberry Passport q10, black, with tactile keys/buttons.
I have a telus.net email account which somehow got deleted from my phone. I went through all the online telus help articles regarding settings for the account, servers, ports, SSL etc., but nothing has helped. I even tried to change to POP instead of IMAP, but that didn't work either. Then I tried using the settings from my PC Mozilla Thunderbird, but that failed too. I'm going around in circles. Can anyone give me the correct settings for my phone?
Thanks tons! This has been so frustrating.

Here’s all you will find on the Telus website for settings. It’s been there for years.

Keep in mind that Telus email is now a Gmail product. And apparently Telus didn’t buy the full version of Google Suite so I was told. I found that when I used Outlook from Microsoft Suite that the Outlook client accepted the Telus settings and did work. What didn’t work was Google maps. And Google maps told me to contact Telus. Calling them, Telus, for technical support was useless. So when I removed Telus email from Outlook, everything worked. My work around was……to get a new Gmail address to my liking and set it up in Outlook. I then forwarded my Telus email to it, and it all worked out. It looks like Telus is going to charge $7.95 a month per email account…..so with it not working correctly and will no longer be part of their Internet service, I will likely just go with Gmail accounts. Good luck.

since this is a Telus.net email, you would have to check with Telus and they might be able to help. Please note you will probably have to use some email app to connect through POP instead of using the BES as BES is gone long time ago. Best to check with Telus support, PM won't be able to help
