I have the Can-US-Mex plan and I am currently roaming in the USA. It automatically connects me to the T-Mobile network but I have no access to data even though my plan states that I will have data available in the US.

hi @Aj37
To enable data roaming on your iPhone, navigate to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Cellular Data Options and toggle the "Data Roaming" switch to on. If you have a Dual SIM or Dual eSIM, you may need to select the specific SIM card line before toggling the switch

do you see Cellular Data Options ? That's the area where you'll see the option to turn it ON.

which city in US you are in?
do yo have Roaming mobile data turned on? Even your plan has US data, you still need to turn that on. And try change the network to AT&T and Verizon

Hello @Aj37
Depending on location, I myself find T-Mobile to be one of the best. Try going into your settings and make sure Data Roaming is turned on. Also, turn off automatic and manually choose T-Mobile and reboot. if T-Mobile doesn't work for your area, the second one that worked for me is AT&T. What phone are you using?

hi @Aj37
first, make sure your Roaming Data is enabled on your phone, then change the network mode to 4G or LTE. And try manually connect to AT&T and Verizon, see if it works
