Cannot acces network

I purchased a new iphone and cannot access the Public Mobile Network.  I was previously with koodoo.  The sim that is in my phone shows Koodoo.  When I swtiched over i did not switch the sim.  I think i need a new esim.

Did you reply to the text with YES from Koodo confirming you are porting over to PM? There is a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting will be cancelled.

If you replied, it will take up to 2 hours to complete the porting and the Koodo SIM will continue to work.

If your new iPhone is an iPhone 17, you will need an eSIM.

But if it is an iPhone 16 or older…just pop the SIM from the old phone to the new iPhone and reboot your iPhone.

@steveu18 , during activation did you select the e-SIM option?  If you are seeing multiple SIMs on your phone, you need to select the Public Mobile SIM as the active SIM to connect to the new network.
