Was there a loss of service from Public Mobile on Friday, April 18th, 2025. I did not receive any phone calls that day and I am wondering why.

as you're aware, Canada is a vast country. Could have been a local network upset or outage where you were. Hopefully now you have regular service as expected again.

does data work? just voice problem? did you try reboot the phone? tried reset network settings?
did you try your sim on another phone?
