Hi I had my phone plan set to change on Jan 1, 2025 (my renewal date) when I checked today the plan change didn’t happen and the page where it says new plan for renewal is gone. I had the $35 50gb and had the $35 70gb one set to change on renewal of Jan 1, 2025 but it didnt work.

it could be just a browser or app cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

It could be due to jan 1st? Some other customers reported plan change failure scheduled on today.
Check your account tomorrow and if still on old plan open a ticket and prepare to provide a proof of plan change schedule.

using the app, log in to your account and see Usage Breakdown to see if your new plan is shown there.
