Hi,
I am trying to transfer my phone number from Phonebox to Public Mobile too. Phonebox switched to Telus a couple of months ago for my phone number and I tried Telus and Rogers as the old provider but it keeps saying invalid account number. Did anyone successfully ported / activated?

What are your apn and mnc values on phone box?

pick a new number first. After it is activated, open a ticket and ask PM to help port. Easier to do it then than during activation
