Number port unsuccessful

Hi there,

I tried to port my Koodo number to my public mobile. I get a popup that says the number transfer has been initiated and will be informed when the transfer has been completed. However, I never received and text to confirm the port. I tried restarting my phone but nothing changes. It has been over 2 days 

I am using both my Koodo and current public mobile number on the same iPhone so I am unsure if this will cause any issue.

I missed the 90' port from Roger's to PM. Rogers has given 72 hour bypassed porting request. Can you port me to PM?
