I purchased a plan on Nov 14th, but it hasn't worked since then. I've been going around in circles trying to get this resolved. Out of pure frustration, I've deleted my Public Mobile e-sim. I need a new e-sim, but I do not want to purchase a new subscription plan. I want to use the remaining 3 weeks before I authorize the automatic payments again.
Please tell me, how do I get a new e-sim?

not sure if you can login the app because of 2FA problem. You can ask the 2FA to send to email instead. Just need to click Didn't receive code and then send email
and if you cannot login at all, then ask PM to help. Message them using this link:

@CcPower No worries just log into the PM app with phone and rebuy esim you will be credited back money at check out , if not just then send message to support and they will credit you back
