Need to add E Sim and service not working

Hey I purchased a plan with you guys last night I had the eSIM on my phone the service was not working so I thought I could simply remove the ESIM and reinstall it however I cannot log into my account because I can't even access text messages to my new phone number set up with you guys

@Jewsika you should be able to select "Didn't get the code" option and then select to receive the confirmation code via email that is on your account

you shouldn't have delete the esim.  Esim is one time install, so you need a new one.  But if you cannot login the App, you won't be able to get a new one yourself.  Please check with support agent for help on this

you will need PM to regenerate another esim for you.  You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
