As I was logging in to my account PM wanted to send me a text to the original number on this account. I have changed the info in my profile months ago and looking today my old number is not anywhere.
Please help

You can change where the 2FA sends to yourself. After you login My Account, to to Profile, Manage EverSafe id. Or If you are using app, go to Account and Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe) there

Do you know you phone number??? 🙂
Changing info in your profile? What is that supposed to mean? Did you change actual phone number? PM communicates with customers using their cell numbers. Profile does not matter.
