As title. Since I don't have a Canadian credit card, is it possible to resume my activation using a prepaid credit card?
It's really difficult to get support, I appreciate your help!

wait a day before trying again. Try on both browser with Incognito mode and PM app with Location permission enabled

Just tried a Canada Post prepaid cc with a registered billing address... Still no success, payment keeps failing.

a friend used the prepaid mastercard available at Canada Post. Used it to activate a new account, then just used payment vouchers for renewals.

Yes, in some cases, it is possible to use a prepaid credit card. Some customers have used a prepaid credit card from KOHO.
