I have tried to activate my account, however I don’t have my old SIM card. I didn’t realize I needed it and I just put my new public mobile SIM card in. Anyway I can move forward without it?

If you are referring to an old PM SIM and still an existing member. You can login on the PM app then go to Account tab>Change Your SIM card.
If you are referring to porting your old number over to PM. Just follow instructions by other members.

you need to check with your old carrier. different one different policy. Some can take your verbal approval but some might ask you to buy a new sim card so you can receive the text and approve. Check with your old carrier yourself

You would need to contact the old carrier to approve the phone number transfer to Public Mobile. It may be easier to replace the old SIM card.
