I tried to remove my card and Cancel my automatic payment however it didn’t let me do it.please help me to cancel it and remove my card.

I’m not knocking PM. When you ask for your credit card to be removed from any company website. Is it removed, suppressed and if removed is it still in the bowels of their system? One thing that happens for sure is when the card is renewed the CVV number will change. If you are leaving I suggest to use an exhausted prepaid credit card. Or buy one and put in on. Buying a $25 card will cost you around $30 though. Then buy gas or whatever with the $25. Never the less I never feel comfortable with it all, especially if the company’s system gets hacked. At one time I had a mobile number with Telus, then PM. Telus has retained that number to call me about Telus products and a mobile number is their preference to have on their records. I never give a company my mobile number. I have asked Telus to remove my mobile number numerous times and that goes upon deaf ears. Then I see my default number with them is my mobile number and no longer my land line. I changed it back and seems to be reassigned successfully. Then I take a reward only to see my mobile number there to use as a way to confirm my identity. What can I say!

@melazabb To stop automatic payments you need to log in to your account and toggle off "subscribed" . It should then say you are unsubscribed. You can't remove the credit card yourself, you will need to open a ticket with customer service at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
