50% off Subscription expired without any reason

Hello. I did not changed anything (payment method the same), but my service is suspended and when I trying to activate - the system asking to pay full price (without 50% off). Is this a new method to kick subscribers with 50% off?

Make sure to message Customer Support to confirm that your 50% OFF plan renews itself properly again next time.

Hi. I had the same issue few days ago. DO NOT subscribe to new plan - you will loose your promotion discount. I just went to Shoppers drug mart and bought a pop-up voucher for PM and apply them to my account - in few minutes got my services and promotion plan back. Did the same way with my other family members. Good luck

Regular auto monthly payments, no issues on March, Feb, Jan - the same card

This seems to be common for members who didn’t keep up with the monthly payments.

Are you not on AutoPay?

the payment system might not be able to renew sometimes, it can be a PM issue or can be the card issue

but with the 50% plan, if it cannot renew itself, you will need to ask PM to help.

 Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
