We opted out of receiving any text from pm. Unfortunately not receiving port out text. Tried talking to agent via message but no answer.
Another way to port out besides receiving a text. Thanks

@Cryssie , it is likely the information submitted from your new provider is incorrect. Make sure to capture the correct account number in the porting information and resubmit the number port.

is your current PM account active and gettings other sms without problem?
if your new service provider already tried to initiate the porting, then you should check with PM. You already sent them a message or not? did you check the inbox for their response? If not answer still, message them again

Opting out of "offers" text from Public Mobile would have no affect on the text message to port out. If you continue to have issues, you must contact the other service provider to reach out to PM to port out.
