Good afternoon. I signed up to Public Mobile on Friday evening. I selected e-sim and ported my active Bell Mobility phone number to Public Mobile. I haven't received any texts or emails indicating that the port was successful. I haven't been able to make any phone calls since Friday evening either. Text messages can be sent and received, but not phone calls. Please advise how to get help with this. Thanks!

@Muskokagal , it appears that you might have a stuck number transfer. Please call the number in the link below to confirm. The porting team will be able to assist. If your number is not found on the stuck port database and your old service is still functional, try resubmitting the number transfer again and be sure to accept the number transfer within 90 minutes of submission.
