Hi,
After a successful log in, I found all my information disappear, including telephone number, account number, credit card information. In short, there is no information including my name.
May someone help me solve this problem please? Thank you.
@LWT , what you are seeing might be due to the finicky website. Try using incognito mode if using a browser and delete app data if using the app.

That is strange that all your info had disappeared.
Did you try login to the PM app and see if your info is there?
If not, you should contact a CS_Agent to investigate and reinstate your info if your account is still active.
Type in Submit a Ticket on the Chat bubble to contact an agent.
