Lost my phone so bought a sim card and updated the number while logged into my account.    All my account information disappeared - name, phone number etc.   I still haven't bought a phone.     What now?

If you haven't purchased a phone yet, I'd suggest clicking on Lost or Stolen option to place your account on hold till you're able to purchase a new phone. Furthermore, I'd change the passwords on your account as a precaution if you had the app on your phone.

Are you still logged into your account? Try a different tab ie. Payments. Then go back to your profile page and see if your info reappears?
