Hello,
I first registered for public mobile with the ESIm option. I only realized post registration that the ESIM option wasn’t compatible with my IPhone X. So I purchased a physical SIM card and try to complete the registration process but it was unsuccessful.

Why was it unsuccessful? Did you get an error? Tell us what you did.

You need to contact customer support to register your Sim card to your account. Send them a detailed message outlining the issue.

@Jespo369 - Yes, you will need to upgrade for eSIM, you are 1 generation behind from eSIM tech (XR, XS, XS Max and SE2) are the devices that support eSIM.
Since you got an error activating, is it asking for a Customer Support Agent? Contact them here:

Hey @Jespo369
If you originally used an eSIM and now you have a physical SIM card, you need to go into your account settings, profile and on the right side of the page, is a place to change the SIM card number. Once you change it, refresh the page, wait a few moments and restart the phone. If that doesn't work, then try placing your SIM card in a different phone. If that works, then place it back in your phone.
