Hi All,
I signed up for public mobile 2 days ago - sadly realized I no longer need it at the moment. I'm trying to remove my payment information so I don't get charged, but I can't find where I can do so. Because I never activated my account, I don't think I have access to any "self service" tab. Has anyone been through this before? I'd love to get a refund as well... I haven't even gotten the sim card yet.

Thanks for the quick reply. But that’s the thing, I don’t have a number because I never activated so there’s nothing to port out. I also don’t see an option to unsubscribe. When I go to my account it just prompts to continue activation. I’ll check out the link you sent below. Thx!

@Bibi_the_Budgie only Public Mobile agents can do that for you. Unsubscribe online to close the account if you don't want to port your phone number out, that will close the account after 90 days of no payment or no available funds. Switch Subscribed to Unsubscribe.
If you want to port your phone number out, find a new provider and start the porting process with them. Once the number has been successfully ported out, it will close the Public Mobile account.
Then message them below to remove cc number from file.
