Hello
I recently noticed a charge of $39.55 from Public Mobile on my TD account, but I do not use Public Mobile services nor have I authorized this transaction.
Could you please investigate this matter and let me know why this charge occurred? If it was made in error, I request an immediate refund.
Please let me know if you require additional information to resolve this issue.

go back to your original post, click the down arrow with the circle on the top right, the select Edit Message

do you have service with Telus or Koodo ? sometimes, they use their different companies to charge on the credit card.
but if you have no service with Telus , Koodo and PM, then just talk to your credit card and reverse the charge

maybe your family used your card? or your card got compromised?
