$29.00 5g Canada,US, and Mexico plan

Would like to know if this 5g plan works in Mexico. We go there for the winter and would be nice to use our Public Mobile plan. Already found out that it does not seem to work when calling Mexico from my home here in Canada. If this plan does not work, I will cancel the plan. and try to get a refund. Someone, please let me know about this plan.

I have the Canada-US-Mex plan, i just call a Mexican restaurant and it works.  The one I dial is 011-52-55-5211-77## , works

make sure you dial 011 52 and then the 10 digits

and yes, you can also call from Mexico back to Canada and US , there.  And of course, you can receive calls and use data when you are there

@414tech  The CAN/US/MEX plans are good for data and talk/text in all 3 countries. Some have stated on this forum that they have had some issues with talk or data not working, BUT with guidance and some network adjustments on their phones, they are up and running 100%.  So you may encounter an issue at first (based on your phone make/model) but the service is designed to work perfectly. Hope this answers your question

yes plan give you free calls to Mexico as well.  if that does not work, check with Pm support and ask them to check
