Hello! I'm in Mexico right now with the CAN-US-MEX plan and it keeps popping up that my roaming is off. It says I'm connected to "TelCel" but I can't access my data. I can phone and text message but my cellular data does not work. How do I fix this?

btw, you have two lines, Primary and Travel. is the Primary your Public Mobile line? if it is click on it and what do you see?

Hello @hTideGnow thanks for the response! I can't seem to find that tab under my cellular settings on iPhone. Can you please show me where to find it? I included a screenshot to show you.

HI @Abigsmae
make sure you Roaming Mobile data is enabled on the phone.
and you can also manually connect to AT&T and test again
