why is it i'm here every month with the same issues?

the log in screen stays LOCKED on 'resume activation EVERYTIME i log in, my pin, i've had for 10 yrs doesn't work and EVERY month i have to spend 5 hrs here trying to get the same issues resolved

Can't change credit card

Hi,Looking to switch to a different credit card for auto payment due on June 9. It gives the error notAbleToProcessRequest. I tried in private window and with Safari and Chrome. Any suggestions? I haven't tried on the app yet.thanks!

Refund

In order to get a SIM card, I had to sign up for a public service plan yesturdayI have decided not to continue with public prior to even receiving my sim card and will not be intiating the service will my credit card be refunded

Double charged

Resolved! Sim not working

I went on vacation and used another e sim. Now that I’m back I’m trying to connect to my public mobile SIM card. I powered down my phone and inserted the SIM card into the phone and selected personal but it won’t connect or work.
