I did submit the ticket. 

I couldn’t use service, it would not let me activité the service. I am genuinely asking for my money back 

No refund policy!? Why it doesn’t says on my screen shot when I was purchasing. I used no service and I tried but it will not go through. So I need my money back 

Well, I have all the screenshot of the purchase and all the errors. If i don’t get my money back I will be reporting this to the police and small claim court. I did not use service and they still charge me
