PM is a prepaid service so normally no refund. 

What phone do you have? Because the only phones that work and must be on the whitelist that can work in the USA.

You will need to manually connect to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon and roaming must be enabled.

It is worth a try in contacting a CS_Agent for a refund.

usually you won't be able to get a refund...but if the talk portion didn't work as expected...click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of asking Customer Support for credit to your account.
