No internet

I recently switched to public, I can make phone calls, receive them, text, but no data for the internet, I've tried all of the suggestions, airplane, toggle/on/off, restart the phone, the APN setup doesn't work, that's the only thing I haven't tried.  My account is active, I have data with the subscription of 100gb please help

did you try Reset network settings?

and tell us what phone is that? what model?
