Hi All,
Wondering who I contact to resolve this - I ported to PM a couple of months ago but I first got a new number, then transferred my number after my account was successfully activated. Now when I try to log into my PM account and it asks me to confirm my identity, it always sends the 6-digit code to my original new number rather than my old ported number.

with the confirming identity prompt, you won't be able to use the workaround to get the code via email to login My Account to update the phone number for EverSafe 2FA yourself. So you will need CS agent to help. You can private message CS Agent at:
