i need to get into my account to change credit card information. My bill has not been paid sinse october of 2024. i did not release my credit card information had changed and now i would like to get my bill paid up and phone back operational but i can not get into my account to do this

@Stanley1937 You didn't notice you had no service? If it has been more than 90 days since the renewal failed you are out of luck as after this point the account is closed and number lost. If it's been less than 90 days contact customer support using the chat bubble or send direct message at link below:

@Stanley1937 if your account has been inactive for 90 days or more you may have permanently lost your phone number, after 90 days of non payment the accounts are automatically closed. If yours has not been 90 days yet you need to act quickly. Reach out to a support agent for assistance.
