I'm trying to cancel my account. I see the steps to do so but it's not working. When I sign in, I click My Account and the options for payment or my subscriptions is not loading. It just shows me the promos going on. Please help.

the message you got indicates that your Eversafe login was not properly linked with your My Account, you will need support to help.

I’ve tried it both ways. I downloaded the app and when I log in it won’t show my account at all but immediately opens a page to choose my subscription. There are no other options to select.

@Jwang613 are you trying to cancel your account from the Public Mobile app or online on your computer? If through the computer try signing in to you app on your phone, sometimes there are caching issues.
